Overall the staff was really kind and nice. The room was exceptionally comfortable, had essentials, like a shower, hairdryers, and towels. The bathroom was good with essentials.

It's a modern and quiet place. The staff is gentle, the room is exceptionally clean and brand-new. You can have coffee and croissants for breakfast. The location is particularly good and perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Munich Fairgrounds. It provides great restaurant nearby.

The room was great with a very comfortable double bed and a big flatscreen TV that was easy to use. The fast, reliable WiFi made staying connected effortless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without any unpleasant drafts. I appreciated the bar's creative snack menu and excellent selection of gin, which enhanced my evenings after a long day. The location is fantastic, with plenty of good dining choices nearby.

Excellent home base for shopping, would recomand. Hip new hotel in a very nice area close to conference center, amenities and halal food as well as Department Store and Supermarket. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the brand-new room. Nice bathroom. Magnificent location, next to Sophienkirche: D

The location was perfect as it was just a few steps from the subway. There were various great dining options nearby like burrito company and deli tadka that satisfied my after-walking cravings.

I was taken aback by the fact that my room had no fridge or tea/coffee facilities. How is that even acceptable in 2023? I almost thought about giving a positive review, but honestly, the breakfast was so mediocre i had to mention it-just cold options. I also couldn't believe that staff woudl ve been anything but warm and friendly.

My stay was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. I loved the creative snack selections at the bar, but a kettle in the room would have been nice.

I was impressed with how clean everything was, from my room to the common areas. The air conditioning was particularly wonderful, keeping my room perfectly cool amidst the warmth outside.

Motel one muenchen-messe is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the s-bahn and close to the riem arcaden shopping mall with plenty of dining options. I was impressed by the helpful staff.

This place offers a double room with a gorgeous patio and a wide selection of breakfast items, including coffee and croissants, and most importantly, it is in a fantastic location close to nightlife.
